FABC appreciates the men and women of our armed forces and the unique sacrifices their families make to protect our freedoms. We are honored to provide a ministry at our church that is tailored to the specific needs of military personnel.

This ministry is called "Operation Homefront". A few aspects of this ministry are:

Family Adoption: nonmilitary families in our church adopt military students and their family for the duration of their stay at NAS Meridian. This ministry provides a home-cooked meal, occasional babysitting, and information from locals about places to go and things to do.

Wings of Gold: to show our pride in the accomplishments of the newest naval aviators, members of our church carefully hand stitch wings of gold to give pilots who are part of our church upon their winging.

Relocation Services: there are "alumni" of FABC at almost every duty station newly winged pilots go to upon leaving Meridian. We try to connect families in these duty stations so they can help give information on local churches and ministries in the area.

NAS Campus Bible Studies: our church has another facility outside the back gate, next to housing at NAS Meridian. There, we host Monday night Bible Studies for military families and Friday studies for military wives.
